Catagory Requests List

Question

1. Book Publishers (sub catagory of Publishers) (you have magazine and newspapers, but no books): IE [[Kuipershoek-1|Peter John (Kuipershoek) Zondervan (1909-1993)]], [[Baker-66689|Herman Baker]]
2. Grand Rapids Publishing (Grand Rapids Michigan is a hub of publishing and I'd love to create a list of these). Relevant profiles: [[Kuipershoek-1|Peter John (Kuipershoek) Zondervan (1909-1993)]], [[Eerdmans-3|Wiltje Eerdmans (1882-1966)]][[Baker-66689|Herman Baker]]

I'd also love to see a macro-catagory for American/US Authors, US/American Publishers (since England Publishers have been designated.

BTW I love how you picked the Eerdmans company (despite being smaller than the others linked). A family member actually works for them so I love that you did that.
