Does anyone want to take over as Captain of the Nor'Easters?

This will be my last thon as Captain of the Nor'Easters. Getting blocked from the last 4 thon hangout live chats definitely contributed. Originally Wikitree was fun and exciting once I got around a person that had all my family members including myself locked as private. I contributed, I was appreciated, and I felt part of a community.

Now due to personal issues as well as a rising stress level I no longer feel the Wikitree love. I do not hold animosity toward the site and wish you all the best. I may even participate as a member. If anyone would like to take over as captain after this thon, feel free to contact me and I will work with you to try and make the transition as seamless as possible.

I gave up on all the chats and Discord stuff.

Discord wants to take over my browser, and the chats rarely provided information not found already on the Spreadsheet.

But I'll be there on Friday night... I have a whole list of cousins that need to be added.

Sorry to see it go "due east and crooked' as my childrens' mother used to say.  I've been participating in events while attached to this group, as this avoided provoking messages asking me to withdraw from these events.

I've moved further mid-westerly so my NH Mayflower membership may be out of place, but I haven't found an indication toward resolving that.
