Hi

I am working on the profile of Colonel Mengistu Haile Mariam - who is still alive.

He has many profiles on the internet, one being at Wikipedia:  Mengistu Haile Mariam

How do I put his profile on Private with Public Biography and Family Tree, such as I can see on King Charles III and others?

(I keep being advised: A living non-member can only be Unlisted.)

Have you had a read of the  Living Notables guidlines? There are some requirements like more than three languages, Family members listed, Project must be a co-manager etc.
