Hungary - place of birth is different from where the birth record is filed?

I am looking at civil birth records for some people born in Hungary in the 1890s/early 1900s. The filing place according to Family Search is Szentantalfa, Zala, Magyarország. It says Budavár for current residence and place of birth. So the birthplace for this whole family is Budavár, right? (And that's Budapest?) Nowadays those places are an hour's drive apart.

The family I'm looking at is on the right, the daughter of Gábor Viczai:

If anyone knows Hungarian there's a note on the page I haven't translated. I also can't figure out his job - I don't think I'm reading the handwriting correctly, it looks like földmives or földwires or the first letter could be a t. It's something to do with land, like groundskeeper. I've seen it a million times and it's driving me crazy!

Nope, Óbudavár is not Budapest. It's a small (tiny!) village now in Veszprém county. (Population 48 as of the beginning of last year: https://www.ksh.hu/apps/hntr.telepules?p_lang=HU&p_id=23913.) In 1913, it was in Zala county, and was a bit larger: population 168. The civil registry office was in Szentantalfa, and the Roman Catholic church was in Csicsó.

Number 2. Dated in Szentantalfa, 5 October 1895.
Informant: Gábor Viczai, farmer, residence O Budavár, whom the below-written registrar knows personally.
Father: Gábor Viczai, Roman Catholic, farmer, residence and birthplace O Budavár, age 30 years.
Mother: Mária Orbán, Roman Catholic, residence and birthplace O Budavár, age 30 years.
Birth: O Budavár, 1 October 1895, 7 p.m.
Child: girl, Roman Catholic, Terézia.
Margin: Dated in Szent Antalfa, 10 November 1895. The herein-entered child died. The death is entered under number 11 in this registry district's death register for the current year.

The occupation is földmíves, which is literally "land-wright" or "land-artist": somebody who works the land, i.e., a farmer.

I think I found the occupation here, földmüvés, peasant and/or farmer: https://www.jewishgen.org/databases/holocaust/HungarianOccupations.html#AthruF.

I answered my own question, I'm dumb, it's Óbudavar not Budavar.Óbudavar is a three minute drive from Szentantalfa.

And the note is explaining that Terezia died as an infant.
