Nope, Óbudavár is not Budapest. It's a small (tiny!) village now in Veszprém county. (Population 48 as of the beginning of last year: https://www.ksh.hu/apps/hntr.telepules?p_lang=HU&p_id=23913.) In 1913, it was in Zala county, and was a bit larger: population 168. The civil registry office was in Szentantalfa, and the Roman Catholic church was in Csicsó.
