Tony has been a fantastic cousin to be friends with.  He's been such an amazing researcher and super supportive and inclusive in our Vernon research efforts.  It's fantastic working with him and I am very excited to see how the work he's doing flushes out in relation to our common Vernon ancestors!

Well done Tony for being recognised as a Wonderful WikiTree'er. I have reason to believe that I may be connected to the ancient Vernons of England who were Lords of Stackpole through the marriage of their descendent Dorothy Vernon (1545 -1584) to Sir John Manners, Duke of Rutland. This union descends to my maternal 2 x Great grandmother Isabella Cook of Northumberland, England. I have yet to completely verify this pedigree theory but I am still working on the details slowly.
