How do I add service dates to War of 1812 sticker?

I've been improving Philip VanKoughnet's profile and he appropriately has the War of 1812 sticker as he fought in the war on the Canadian side.

But when I look at the sticker, there's "service started" and "service ended", but they are blank. I know the information needed, but there's no instructions on how to add this information into the sticker.

Can anyone help me figure out what is needed? He started serving in 1812 and ended in 1813.

Within the template place the following:

|enlisted= <- put the beginning date of service and

|mustered= <- put the ending date of service
