What do you think it should contain?

Some ideas:

  • Dates (exact) of each census
  • Changes of data in each census (e.g. ages in 1841 census)
  • Places in censuses (e.g. links to UK BMD index, problems at county boundaries)
  • Tips (e.g. incomplete transcriptions => check original, look for neighbours)
  • Sources - where to find, differences
  • Reporting transcription errors

For age rounding in 1841 there's a good explanation, which could be linked from such a page, at Durham Records Online (via Katie Fuller's English sources guidelines).
