Would anyone on WikiTree be willing to work on this profile (or maybe even take it over)?

William Oscar Jenkins was a wealthy magnate who lived in Mexico. He is both famous and infamous. He was born in Tennessee in 1878 and moved to Mexico in the early 1900s.

I created a profile for him in 2017, and aside from a few posted links, I have not had the time to properly work on this profile. He was my mother's great uncle (via adoption by William's youngest sister Anne). But he is a notable with lots of sources. I've just found myself overwhelmed with that fact and have not known where to begin. And so I've put off working on this profile for years.

Though no relative has approached me about it, I feel I am doing a disservice to his descendants.

He has a published biography - "Jenkins of Mexico: How a southern farmboy became a mexican magnate", by Andrew Paxman.

My first suggestion would be to make the profile public, so that anyone can add or update the profile. Non-living people without sensitive information or real privacy concerns should be open, as it will allow people to improve the profile, and I think this would improve your chances of someone adopting it.

Agreed...please reset the Privacy level to Open.

Right now, no one else can even see what's in the profile, only that there is a profile.
