Is the cancellation of Suffolk Deed Vol. 11-308 a document that's findable??

Trying to find the eldest son of Stephen Butler at that time (1687).  The cancellation is referred to the end of the original deed.  Thank you.

I tagged this question for "Massachusetts" after seeing hints that the "Suffolk" mentioned is the county of that name in Massachusetts. If the question is about Suffolk in England, or some other Suffolk, please correct my error.
Thank you for clarifying and specifying. Yes, it is Suffolk, Massachusetts

If it is, I would expect it to be enrolled in the Suffolk Deeds, but there does not seem to be any mention of it in the index. I find the online books easier to navigate than the microfilm version. For this I checked volume 14 (1686-88). For links to all volumes see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Suffolk_Deeds

Very helpful.  Thank you. I will check that out.
Yes, the search feature is real nice.  Alas, appears to be no cancellation.
