I've hit a brick wall with one of my ancestors, Thomas Brown, 1824-1907) and I'd be very grateful for any more information I can get on his parentage.

I'm wondering if there is any documentation that describes him as a son of Frances Randall. I see on her death certificate the name 'Thomas' in handwriting, but I'm wondering if there's any evidence that it is in fact the same Thomas.
