Where might I find a copy of "Westward, the Dysons" (1985, 1990)?

Apparently a book/publication exists entitled Westward, the Dysons by Robert L. Dyson. It's cited in this online tree, these two WikiTree profiles, and this 2010 newsletter for Charles county, Maryland. There seem to be editions 1985 and 1990. That's everything Google knows about it. FamilySearch doesn't have it and neither does WorldCat.

Does anyone know what it is and where I might find a copy?

Ultimately it's because I'm trying to find out more about this guy, so alternate sources for him are also welcome!

I struck out trying to find it.

WorldCat which access a huge number of libraries does not find it. The Family History Library, which is part of the WorldCat system, does not have it (I searched the catalog separately). It does not come up in Google Books. I did not look in Archive.org, it would not be there because it is still in copyright. The BYU Library does not have it.

The book does not have an ISBN number according to the ISBN Search website.

I suspect it was privately printed in a very small quantity (perhaps it is simply a report from the author’s genealogical software), and probably not deposited in any library. I suspect the author did not do what is recommended for self-published books.

The Charles County Historical Society has a website, and there is a “Special Collections” link, but unfortunately, the page is under development.
