It's that time of year again when we take bland, unsourced profiles and turn them into veritable halal snack packs of sauces!*
To join, add an answer on the Registration post and say you want to be a Wizard of Aus. (Other acceptable answers include that you want to join the Southern Cross Stars or Super Aussie Genies, as they are also awesome.) 
In Australia, the Sauce-a-thon starts at these times on Friday, 29 September:
10pm on the east coast (QLD, NSW, VIC, and TAS)
9:30pm in the centre (SA and NT)
8pm in the west (WA)
and ends on Monday, 2 October (note change to Daylight Savings time!) at:
11pm NSW, ACT, Victoria, Tassie
10:30pm SA
10pm Qld
9:30pm NT
8pm WA
* Halal snack pack - Turkish-Australian delicacy involving a layer of hot chips/fries, layer of sliced meat from a rotisserie, thick drizzle of up to three sauces which may include garlic, chilli, and BBQ, optional cheese, usually served in a cardboard box. Best consumed really close to a hospital with a good cardiology department.
