My first Source-a-Thon. Any prep work we should be doing?

I imagine it would be against the spirit of the event to create a bunch of unsourced profiles in preparation. (I am too lawful good for that sort of shenanigans, but it doesn't stop my brain from thinking of them.)

Some like to go through and add a personal category to profiles they intend to work on. You could do a spreadsheet to track the WikiTree ID and if you're using FamilySearch for sources, the corresponding FamilySearch ID.

Hi everyone!  I'm in the middle of a semester of grad school, so I probably won't get to spend too much time sourcing, but thought it would be a nice change of pace for me for a few hours!

Not planning on working on anything specific, planning to work on whatever needs sourcing in the Western Red Cedars region. smiley

I will likely work on some in my family tree that need to be sourced. I started a spreadsheet to help me get to them quicker having at least identified them. It has allowed me to identify corresponding family search IDs and ancestry IDs. Thank you for the suggestions
