Based on the records below, Carolina Garza was born ab. 1912 in San Benito, (Cameron Co.), TX.

She married Adolph (or Adolfo) Hidalgo ab. 1930.

The couple had (at least) 3 children, all of them were born in Big Lake, Reagan Co., TX.: 1.- Adolph (most probably their firstborn, named after his father), 2.- Abel and 3.- Armando.

I found the family in the 1940 Census. They moved to Shafter (Kern Co.), CA.

Your grandfather Adolph (widower at that time) and his 3 sons are listed in lines 52 - 55 in the following Census sheet:

According to this document, they were living in the "same House" on April 1, 1935.

(There is listed another Hidalgo Adolph in line no. 49, they may have been first cousins)

In the column "INITIALS OF SPOUSE" is the character "A" (from Adolph), she died 18 Jan 1937 and the death certificate is filed in (54) Tulare Co.

Kern County and Tulare County are adjacent counties.
