changed email is not recognised

I went into my profile and changed my email but when I use it to log in it requires a new password which was to be sent to the new email.  It has not arrived.

Send an email to info at (that's @) wikitree.com.  (Sorry about the cryptic way of writing it.  I've seen people say that they don't want the email address written directly on these pages.)
