Fold 3 lookup for possible identification

Question

This is total conjecture on my part.  Beals Maltby-236 married, second, a Mrs. P. A. Robinson in Iowa in 1866.  I am looking for information from fold3 that she might be the widow of a Lorenzo L. Robinson from the 47th Iowa Infantry and stopped getting her pension from his service if she married Beals Maltby.  My main goal is to establish whether  her maiden name is Robinson before her marriage to Beals.
I found two versions of her first name, Permelia and Pamelia
on her marriage.  Formally she was called unknown Robinson.

There is no information in the pension file after it was approved.  Permelia was living in Galesburg, Illinois and got $8 a month.  The pension application does show her middle initial as "A."
