For information in Switzerland after 1875 you need to ask the civil registry offices.
The newspaper article about her death states that she died on 27 November 2000 in Beringen, Canton Schaffhausen and was born in 1907 and her Place of Origin was Steckborn in Canton Thurgau. So we don't have an actual birth place for her. I suggest that you write an e-mail to the civil registry office for Steckborn, which would be the one in Frauenfeld:

There you can find more information about doing genealogy in Thurgau (German only, but you can use deepl.com). If you are related in direct line, you should be able to get a birth certificate - if she really was born in Steckborn. If you are not related in direct line, you would need a research permission, which is quite expensive. Then you could ask for help in the two links mentioned in the website above, or ask in geneal-forum.com if someone has the permission and could do a lookup in the family registers of Steckborn.
Did you search for a notification of her birth in the newspapers?
Sadly, the death is still in the privacy protected time, so you couldn't order a death certificate. It would contain the parents, birth date and birth place.
