Am I supposed to separately indicate one+ challenge trackings in addition to actually creating/entering?

Every month I try to improve or add to my unconncected in my own watchlist and do a couple from the unsourced in the universal tree if I have something to contribute.  Today I tried to use your familysearch route. Saw [Adams-40841], checked his profile, added 2 census sources (without using any Familysearch input), and found one of my own referenced people in the bio as not having her own profile and proceeded to enter her profile [Adams-66602] and linked her Wiki ID to both the father and mother's profiles.  At that point I paid attention to the "challenge tracker" (which I've ignored for many years) and find that I first don't know how to join a challenge AND secondly ... after seeing a number of possible challenge options out there ... if I should be selecting more than 1 challenge accomplishment for the same improvement or source added).  Can someone clarify?  (Can't see that I did anything related to having added anything from FamilySearch - so not sure that I learned anything here.  Will look at this again after submitting this "challenger clarification" request.  Also how do I add more than one WikiTree ID to the data line below. I keep getting "ID does not exist" when I try to add the additional IDs that relate to the request.

Hi Karen. For your last question: only one WikiTree ID can be placed in that field on the G2G question. Other IDs can be mentioned in the body of the question; or even better you can include URL links to several profiles there, such as

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Adams-40841

for the profile of Enoch Adams.

Thanks Jim.  That was simple enough.

You only need to use the challenge tracker, if you are participating in a challenge that asks you to use the challenge tracker.  There are many different projects and challenges going on at any given time:  https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1601308/whats-happening-around-wikitree-in-august-2023

The Sourcers do use the challenge tracker for their month long challenge:  https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1616107/sourcerers-challenge-august-2023

and Saturday Sourcing Sprints:

If you like sourcing, there is still time to join

Hi Karen! As Michelle said, there are lots of Challenges. For the Saturday Sourcing Sprint, we do ask people to register by answering the g2g post.

One thing you might find useful is the Sourcer app - see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:WikiTree_Sourcer - which can make citing Sources much easier. Alternatively, if citing Sources from Ancestry, this page - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Links_to_Ancestry - will explain how to link the citation to the source record in Ancestry.

Let me know if you have any questions.
