Who is the real biological father of George W Sanborn

Question

Who is the BIOLOGICAL father for George W Sanborn. Born 14 October 1874 in Laconia Belknap NH. Died @0 April 1908 In Belknap Laconia NH. Records show Arvin Sanborn as a step father . Cannot find proof of who his parents really are. Can anyone please help me or point me in the right direction.

What records show Arvin as step-father?  He is listed as father on the 1880 census, "United States Census, 1880," database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MHRD-42N : 14 January 2022), George W. Sanborn in household of Arvin M. Sanborn, Laconia, Belknap, New Hampshire, United States; citing enumeration district , sheet , NARA microfilm publication T9 (Washington, D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.), FHL microfilm . and he and Mary were married by 1870:  "United States Census, 1870", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MH55-9JX : 29 May 2021), Mary Sanborn in entry for Arvin M Sanborn, 1870.

Arvin had two daughters, Lizzie and Belle with his first wife, Annie.   Mary Sanborn's maiden name was Wright and George's middle name was Wright.
