Advice for categorization of Fortin-3072?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Marie Eva Emelia Fortin. The category might be named something like Frampton, Québec.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

Thanks Danielle, though I’m not sure what other parent categories you mean.  Frampton is linked to both the French and English versions of Quebec, which are linked to Canada.  Where else should it connect?

And the Frampton Category has a description and sources already.
