Advice for categorization of Orton-1628?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Martin V Orton. The category might be named something like New York Calvary, 15 Regiment, Co. B.

Could I get help creating the new category (and choosing the right sticker)? Or is there an existing category to use?

He was killed at the Battle of White Sulphur Springs and was a trumpeter.

Thank you!

Thank you, I thought it must be there somewhere, but couldn't find it.

Glad to help yes

I couldn’t find his FindAGrave memorial was trying to see what role the 15th Cavalry played in the battle of white sulfur springs and where they recruited such as counties

Tragic part is he was so young! Age abt. 17

How sad his pension has his mother on it but without a fold3 subscription can’t read it clearly I believe father too

Obviously no wife or kids

I wonder if family got his body back for burial?
No, the census report of enlisted men deaths notes he was buried in White Sulphur Springs, but I'm guessing there was no cemetery there for Union men.
I have read where families such as fathers and sons have gone south to retrieve the bodies of their loved ones from the battlefields.
