Can't add child to mother although I created both records

I'm trying to add my great-grandmother's record (HARVEY-21878) to her own mother's (HARE-3343), but even though I created both records I get a message saying I'm not on the trusted list.  I didn't have any problem adding the record to her father (HARVEY-21879).

I checked my Trusted List from your help page and both names are on there.  Any ideas?   I didn't have any problem adding the record to her father (HARVEY-21879).

I was able to make the connection.  Most likely reason is that you had a typo in one of the ID's.

Claire, if you used HARE-3343 as the ID for the profile whose ID is Hare-3343, that would be the cause of the error Kathie suggested.  The upper and lower case characters are not recognized as the same for the ID.  I know that often in genealogy records, last names are typically shown using all upper case, but here we use the actual case that is correct for the person's last name.
Kathue, thanks for making the connection,  Gaile, thanks for explaining that the IDs are case sensitive.
