Can someone access Birth Records of 1905 in Sniatyn or Sniatynka (Ukraine, past Poland, / Austria) ?

Question

Hello, I was questioned on Daniel Geisinger by his grandson J. Nadison and put all information I found into his profile. For me it looks like a brickwall, I checked JewishGen.org and JRI-Poland.org for records, as well as FamilySearch. It starts with the birth place being questionable. Can anyone with expertise in Ukraine or Poland records have a look at this?

Thank you for adding the Category and pointing me to the Galicia&Lodomeria space. Unfortunately with help of JRI-Poland it was confirmed that there are no records left (lost or destroyed) for the timeframe in Sniatyn. I have left a message with this place: https://www.czortkow.org.il/en/contact-us/ and look forward if there are any resident cards or emmigration records. Per passenger list, he last resided in Czortkow.
