Having trouble with Riksarkivet

Question

I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Riksarkivet?

When I go to the URL https://sok.riksarkivet.se it comes up with https:// crossed out and in red.

If I do manage to get in this next issue happens:  When I try to open a volume for births (as an example) it says "this plug-in isn't supported"

I've been using it with no problem for a week or more now. This is sudden.

I've been using Edge as my browser.

I tried Chrome. I don't get the plug-in message, but still get security warning.

I have been using Riksarkivet all day long and it has been having SSL issues for about 50% of the files I have tried to load for at least the last 10 hours. I generally have to refresh the page a couple of times to get it to load when there is a problem. Hopefully they will fix the issue soon.

IMDB was also having issues earlier (now fixed), as were a number of other websites.  (I even checked with "down for everyone", and it was not "just me".)

Perhaps there was a global issue?

I get it too, now. Means they haven't renewed their licecnce, doesn't it? They probably will, in connection with the maintenance tomorrow.

I'm having no trouble now (except when I miscopied a link).

But they are announcing planned maintenance for tomorrow (Thursday June 15)...

Thanks for mentioning the maintenance because the issues seem worse today -- at least for me. I'm just getting a black screen when I click a record link.
