William Bradford did not agree with Thomas Morton’s activity in Quincy when he built a Maypole. Did he record in any of his writings how he dealt with Morton in 1627?

It's seems odd to me that the post is about Bradford, but it's tagged Standish.  Does that mean that Bradford didn't like the Maypole, and then Standish did something about it?

Thank you Ann. I asked the question because growing up in Merrymount I played on Maypole Hill. I am a direct descendent of Thomas and Joseph Rogers who were mayflower passengers. But did not know when I was playing that perhaps one of my ancestors who would have been living in Plymouth would have disagreed with Morton. I find all this very interesting.
