Join the Remember the Children Project

Question

Remember the Children is a Wikitree Project with volunteers who lovingly help improve the profiles of children and infants who passed away before their 18th birthday, and takes the opportunity to also shine a light on the many mothers who died during or after childbirth.

Wikitree has the vision that each person born deserves a well cared for profile to be remembered by. This also includes those of children, who often gets overlooked in family trees as they do not provide any further connections to the tree. A lot can be said about a life, even those that were very short.

I am aware this comment is likely to be hidden, but it needs to be said.

That linked discussion is not about using alternative images by way of the parameter |image= being added to the existing template. 
As I was reminded on that discussion, it is only for gauging how many are in favour of changing the existing template (the default image for which is the flying baby head), and replacing it with a pink and blue ribbon instead.
Therefore, there is not actually a place to discuss use of the parameter.

Melanie - Although that discussion is for one specific graphic, it does mention that other graphics can be used.  With this new ability to add different graphics, I hope that everyone will find it useful.

I'd like to join this project. I just discovered it because as I have begun sourcing more profiles I'm coming across more "died young" categories and stickers.

I would like to join this project.  I have competed in my first source a thon and came across quite a few children who passed before their 18 birthday.

I have placed died young sticker or still born ones on the the profiles I came across with a scource.

I would like to join the project, because I find that I'm sourcing profiles of little ones who are unsourced, put with the wrong parents, or show up in other records when sourcing profiles. I have been applying a "died young" sticker and I know that I could further recognize them in the project list. My sister-in-law and her family visit their little stillborn brother and tend his grave. These little ones mattered to their families and it provides an important bigger picture to the life of the parents and siblings.

Hi! I'd like to join this project. I'm working solely on Sicily at the moment from the 1600's and 1700's and always use the sticker for the little ones. It's impossible to write a detailed biography for them. I'll add stickers to the teenagers to 18. It's heartbreaking that some women had 4 or 5 children that died as infants.

When I have half an hour or so spare I visit random cemeteries and look out for gravestones and memorials of children. Then I try to create profiles for them, their siblings and parents. This is very much a personal "as and when" project but it does link beautifully into this project.

Though I tend to set my upper age limit for using the sticker as 16.
