I want to add child of Ra smussen-5431, can you make this possible?

Not sure what problem you are having but if you click on edit, then go down right hand side to Children and click on add/remove child and follow instructions, you can add a child.

PS: I notice that Rasmussen-5431 died in 1879, the child you wish to add was born 1897 as you have typed above.
