I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of James Combs. The category might be named something like North Middleton, Kentucky.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

I don't find a North Middleton in GNIS, but there is a Middleton and a North Middletown (which is in Bourbon County)

It's North MiddletoWn. Definitely exists! There is already a North Middletown Cemetery category.

Looks like your James Combs was born near Levee, Montgomery County. North Middletown is in southeast Bourbon County, and borders Montgomery county, and is about 20 miles from Levee.
