The Roll of Honor sticker covers Prisoners of war no matter the conflict or military formation.

For your father you would add

{{Roll of Honor
|category=Prisoners of War, United States of America, World War II
|image = Roll_of_Honor_Template-16.jpg
|rank = Lt.
|description =a Prisoner of War
|war = World War II
}}

going by the information on your dads profile.

And the Prisoners of war categories are based on country of service not whoever held them as prisoner. For his POW camp you can add [[Category: World War II POW German Camps, Stalag Luft I]] to his profile.
