Documenting remarriages

Question

I have a family member (Brothwers 781) and her spouse (Dusseault-21) who married in 1898 and then remarried in 1915.  (I don;t know why they remarried as yet.  Anyways, how do i go about documenting both marriages when teh couple is the same in both>  Thanks.

This is best noted in the Biography / Research Notes. Even if you could prove the divorce happened, and they remarried again later, there can only be one marriage event to a single person in the "Spouse" section.

I have a number of cases where a couple had both a civil marriage and a church marriage. Sometimes the church marriage was first, sometimes the civil marriage. Often these were done both on the same date, but there could be years between the two events.

There was no divorce.

 In Mexico after about 1857 only the civil marriage was legal, and when the birth of a child from a church marriage was registered, it was registered as illegitimate.

Is it possible they were Mormons?  I have run across profiles for Mormons who have 2 marriages...the original one, and a sealing sometime later.
