Advice for categorization of Case-3587?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Hiram Case. The category might be named something like Bethlehem Township, Hunterdon, New Jersey. The county should be added to the already existing category, Bethlehem Township, New Jersey, as there are two towns by the same name in different counties of New Jersey

Could I get help the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

Category already exists and was added. It's a NJ township, which is a municipality, so no county is used.
