I am a female and would like to investigate putting my brother y111 resists on the WikiTree I’m creating.  Is it possible?,  is it advisable?

what about spouses?

I am new to WikiTree.

If your brother, your spouse or other relatives are living you cannot add DNA information to their profiles.  For privacy reasons you can only enter DNA test information for one living person, yourself.  If they are living and you manage their profiles you can invite them to join Wikitree by adding their e-mail addresses to their profiles. They can add their DNA test info and then turn management of the  profile over to you if they are not interested in participating. If any of them are deceased and you manage the profile you can add the test information. Wikitree doesn't store any actual DNA data, just what test or tests people have taken.  In order to do any DNA comparisons you need to use a site like Gedmatch.  Here's a link to the DNA Help FAQ: Help:DNA FAQ (wikitree.com)
