Does anyone have any information on Luther E Davis from Marked Tree, AR?

I’m trying to find the parents of Luther Edgar Davis born 10/21/1911 in Woodruff (I believe) Arkansas. He passed away 03/16/1995. His wife was Willena Shinabery. He’s buried in Marked Tree Cemetery.

The Arkansas, Birth Certificates, 1914-1917, database at www.ancestry.com has a certificate for Luther Edgar Davis, who was born on October 21, 1911, in Augusta, Woodruff County, Arkansas.  His parents are listed as Robert Steve Davis and Gladys Matilda Heady.
