5. How do you set or change the manager?
To remove managers from a profile:

Click on the privacy tab, choose #4 Managers - click on it, scroll up a bit to see the list of managers. Only If you are the PM for that profile you will be allowed to remove people.

I already know how to remove managers; I'm pointing out that the HELP page is missing one step to accomplish this!

I don't think any modifications are needed here. The section already shows the steps to add a person (including navigating to the Privacy tab, scrolling to the "Add to Trusted List" section, etc.). To remove a Manager, you are in the same location on the profile and the listed steps build on the previous instructions.

But, Steven, you're looking at it with the eyes of someone who knows and understands the steps.
To a newbie our explanations can be either too involved, or not specific enough.
I always try (yet often fail) to go by an old newspaper cartoon (it might have been Hi and Lois) where one son says to dad from his child's eye view "Wow, look at those icicles".  Dad in response from his much taller, therefore closer, perspective says "they're not as large as when I was a child".  Kid says"dad, come down here".  Dad does and responds with "WOW! Look at those icicles!" and a look of awe on his face.
Be the child.

Wouldn't we then have to rewrite most Help pages to be explicit in every facet of navigation and instructions?

Maybe, over time, as a need arises or is pointed out.
This is one that has been pointed out.

Steven: you are correct when you say that "add a manager" tells us to click "privacy"; but when someone is looking for "remove manager" they are likely to skip over the "add manager" step and not realize there is still a need to click "privacy". Either add this step to "remove" or move this step to before "add" so that it applies to both. Currently, it is not obvious that "click privacy" applies to both tasks.
