I have a few research questions that may be answered by this book/paper. Does anyone have a copy?

It is in the Family History Library in Satl Lake City: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/350427?availability=Family%20History%20Library

You could use their lookup service if the questions are not numerous.

Yes, I looked up the publication on Worldcat and saw that it is there. I'll try their lookup service and see what I can obtain. I've never used the lookup service.

I requested information on one individual, including his parents, children and marriage, plus any evidence of military service. Here is the response:

"Thank you for submitting a remote access request. You will receive an email with a response to your request in 1-4 weeks."

I'll try to remember to update this post with any further results for anyone looking at it in the future.

The FHL told me that they cannot share any portion of the book due to copyright restrictions, and I would have to go the Library to view it. Ugh.
That's a pity. Perhaps you can get a local public library to do an inter-library loan.
I'm working on that now!
