I'm not sure what happened but it looks like you have made yourself your own father and son. WikiTree can be pretty confusing when you are first starting with it.
Click on edit on your own profile, then on the right side of the page click on "add/remove father". If you are going to enter your father's information right away, click on "create a new profile" or if not, just click on "remove" to remove yourself as your own father. You'll need to do the same thing to remove yourself as your son. On the edit screen again scroll down until you see children on the right side and click on "add/remove children" and follow the same procedure.
