I'm not sure why you're looking for the article. If you click on the link you provided, and then click on view full page and move it around, you will find the article. The title of the article is what you said it was, and it tells the story of Charles Wensil who committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a 12 gauge shotgun.

I don't have publishers extra, so all I can see is a thumbnail of the entire page, I can't even make out the title.  The only reason I can see the title is because Ancestry has a larger thumbnail on their site, but it's still too small to read the article.
