Where did you obtain this information and how are you related?

The profile info is accurate and my direct decendant along with his spouse.  I want to move forward but not clear on how to proceed.

Hi James, It looks as though a relative of yours had an account on another genealogy website and imported their tree to Wikitree. Too often, the source information gets lost in this process, leaving names and data which appears unsourced like this. At some point, your relative decided it was too labor intensive to add the source information more or less by hand (or didn't know how to format the citations here because the process is different elsewhere).

My suggestion is to go sign into Family Search (it's free!) use search family tree=)search by ID and enter K2W2-P24, or use Darryl's link. I have already found that this man matches what is here for the James Sylvester Walker you linked here, but in Family Search, there are sources and hints attached to the profile and to others connected in the tree. You can download the wikitree sourcer extension to your browser and easily transfer source citations and links to Wikitree.

Hi James, if you are asking how to add James as your ancestor in WikiTree, you will first need to sign the honor code and become a full member. This will allow you to make edits to any open profile in WikiTree. Since you have a family member account right now, you can only make edits to profiles that you are on the trusted list for.
