Jim is a wonderful WikiTreer because he not only took the time to answer my question on G2G but he stayed with me until he saw that I got the answer I wanted. His persistence got me through a problem I tried to solve on my own for 2 days and failed. With his help, I was able to make my profiles neater, cleaner and easier to read without a lot of clutter.
