My DNA is available and I have entered that info here as directed by Wikitree.  How does it then get connected to sites of my ancestors??

It takes about 24 hours for WikiTree to autopopulate connections ... which depend on the type of test taken, i.e. -- autosomnal, yDNA, etc.

Autosomnal is limited in generations, but it can connect to both men and women -- which, of course, is not seen in the y- or mt- DNA tests. But the latter go straight up to the earliest [WikiTree] connected ancestor that's relevant to the test.
