War of 1812 Category Needed for a NY Militia

The extant service records for Robert Razey in the War of 1812 are thin. Index to compiled service records via fold3 says Sanford's New York Militia while pension and payroll records state Blish's company (which is confirmed by widow's application). I do not know if Blish's company was part of Sanford's Militia. In any event, I did not find category for either and given the complexity of categorizing these NY groups, thought I should leave creation of the category to someone more knowledgeable. Thank you in advance for your help.
