How do I handle cenotaphs in a cemetery project? (and newspaper photos)

In the cemetery I'm working on there are several stones with names of people that ended up being buried elsewhere. Do I categorize them in the cemetery where the stone is, where they are really buried, or presumably both places? In another case the person with a stone in the cemetery (created long before they died) was cremated but the obituary doesn't state whether they were put in the cemetery.  (The cemetery records don't necessarily help because I've found cases where definite graves with stones aren't in the records.)

Another question: I've found some online newspaper obituaries that include a photo of the person - can I add the picture to the profile? These are not recent deaths (50+ years).

This is an item for debate.  I like to put the cenotaphs in and then mark them as cenotaphs. This way, I can reconcile my work against FindAGrave and BillionGraves to be sure I am complete. If you get an error, just mark the FindAGrave source with a sameas=no to prevent a duplicate error.  Ex: {{FindAGrave|1234|sameas=no}}

Good suggestion, Gurney. The Help page, recently updated by Aleš, endorses this: sameas=no "can also be used in case of multiple memorials for the same person on FindaGrave (CENOTAPH, MEMORIAL SITE, need merge on FG, ...)"
