Should Dr. Fannie A (Dunn) Quain have a North Dakota Project sticker applied to her profile? She was a significant person in the state's medical history.

Norman, there are criteria for project boxes, and it is not only the fact that a person was significant.

That's not what I meant.  I did not mean for the North Dakota Project to take over management of this profile.  I saw where the Project applies a sticker to certain individual profiles that are significant in the state's history.  Sort of like a North Dakota notables (but not part of the Notables Project).
