The marriage record says Mary's father was William Webb. William agreed to the marriage of his underaged daughter and he and David Heath paid the security fee. There was a William Webb (Sr.) in Green Twsp, Adams Co. OH between 1820 and 1840 per the censuses, and he had a daughter in 1820 who was of the appropriate age (10-15). He also paid taxes in Adams County for that period.  In 1820 William Sr. also had 3 daughters under 10 who could be Margaret (m. Thompson Hodge), Delilah (m. John Copas) and Sarah/Sally (m. a Lewis). The 1840 census has William (age 60-69) residing within six places of Thomas, John, William and Edward Webb, who are likely William Sr.'s sons. Any help appreciated in identifying William Sr.'s wife and ancestors.
