Why does my mother not show up as a DNA confirmed ancestor on my profile?

My profile is (Bittinger-116) Lorraine (Bittinger) Lineweaver?  Both parents are living.  My father (Bittinger-120) shows up confirmed as a DNA relative, my mother (Landis-1774) Esther Landis Bittinger, does not show confirmed.  All of us were tested with Ancestry.com, and my father and me with 23andMe.

Your mother has the DNA tested badge. You just need to wait for the system to update, it takes about a day for that to happen.

DNA confirmations are not done automatically on Wikitree. I presume that on some DNA site you are matching with your mother in a centimorgan amount that demonstrates you are parent and child -- if so, you can edit your own profile and click the radio button 'Confirmed with DNA' on the right hand side where it shows your relationship with your mother. BUT in order to do this, you need to add a DNA confirmation statement to your own profile (in a DNA confirmation, updates are always done to the child profile, not the parent) -- see the advice Kathie gives above on how to do this correctly.

You need to post a specific DNA confirmation statement on your profile for each of your parents before checking the "Confirmed with DNA" button.  Here is the Help page for DNA confirmation:

The statement should look something like this:

Paternal relationship confirmed by Gedmatch match of (number of cm) between kits (number) (dad's name) and (number) (your name) at a genetic distance of 1.
