Need Help Railroad Careers

Question

My family has railroad people in it, but when I looked up the occupations, they didn't fit.  I was thinking of the following:

Category: Railway Occupations: Railroad Management

This is for all personnel from corporate that do not operate the line, but manage all those who do.

Category: Railway Occupations: Railroad Telegraphs

This person was usually the station master, but not always.  The telegraph operator kept the communications between stations open.  Some companies sold this as a commercial service, others used this system for internal communications only.  They had a professional association at one time.

Category: Railway Occupations: Railroad Systems Engineering and Administration

This person works for the company both in maintaining routes, safety margins, and communications between individual sections of the company, both stations and offices.

Can someone give me the codes for these?  I suck at new categories.

My grandfather did the same railroad work and I have a picture using the Telegraph.

I just used this sticker.

I saw that sticker, but then when I searched the occupation railroad categories, there were designations for the execs.  

Okay, I found the telegraph operators.

Railroad Telegraph Operators (0, 30, 0)

The railroad engineers are not clear, are they degreed civil engineers, or the guy keeping the engine working on board the train?  There is a supervisor category, but it is unclear how far up the management chain that is.
