Advice before editing this pre-1700 Isaac profile?

Question

I have information to contribute to the profile of Philip Isaac. This is what I can add:

• Sources are from Grandma OnLine (California Mennonite Historical Society database. If you look at his son (Peter Philip Isaak (Isaac-1471) you can see how I do things. If they are not satisfactory, we can always change back to pre- Dewey
• Dewey Neufeld-430

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

Hi Dewey, if it were me, I would email or message the profile manager (PM) with your sources and give her an opportunity to add (or disprove) your sources.

You could also be take the quiz to be authorized to work on pre-1700 profiles, but it is still always advisable to contact the PM first.
