Hi Jacob
The main source we have for who might have been granted land in England after the Battle of Hastings, is the Domesday Book, though as this was from 1086 it might have included people who were granted land anytime between 1066-1086.
However George is right it is highly likely that Jacques de Noblette never existed. The book My Ancestors came with the Conqueror by Anthony J. Camp, has no listing for anyone with the name Noblette or anything similar.
The first name Jacques is not known in this early medieval period, there is certainly no one listed in the Domesday Book by that name.
His name of his brother Philibert, is also not known in this early time period. The closest might be Fulbert, but there is no Fulbert de Noblette listed.
