Handwriting help on a marriage cert

Question

On this marriage certificate, I need help ready the surname of the second witness. I think it's Hultz.

Also, the father of the bride's residence in Austria. My idea: Waidhofen (three places in Austria have this spelling).

I have not yet created the profile, but her husband is William Wallace Berryhill.

The personal data privacy limits in Austria specify limits of 100, 75 and 30 years for birth, marriage and death records, respectively (see "Personenstandsgesetz" or "PStG" for short).

The Austrian (catholic) birth registers for Waidhofen are still locked online at Matricula (see Search for 'Waidhofen'), because the books contains birth entries that fall into this limit.

So, we either have to wait, one may look if familysearch have the records of 1922 available, or -- if you are a direct relative -- you can request a research / copy from the Austrian authorities.

Or if you know a birth / marriage date for her father or mother, then one should be able to easily spot their parents in the records of Matricula.

Note: As far as I am aware of, there are only two Waidhofen (one at the river 'Ybbs', on at the river 'Thaya'), both of them in Lower Austria.

I took a quick look into the marriage indexes:

There were no marriages of Alberer in Waidhofen an der Thaya between 1904 and 1933, but one 'Alberer' in Waidhofen an der Ybbs: Anton Alberer married Christine Kober in 1917.

Obviously these are not the correct ones, so her parents may have married elsewhere (usually at the bride's parish), not in Waidhofen.

There's a Burton E. Shultz in the 1940 Census of Winston-Salem.
