I am trying to determine who the Officiating Minister was on a marriage certificate. The church was St Matthew's, Stafford Street, Dunedin, New Zealand.

The first name is Elwyn, but I haven't been able to decipher his last name.

Thanks for the link. I emailed the Church and they advised that the Minister at that time was Rev William Curzon-Siggers.

He was vicar there from 1896 - 1922.
